ACPs are highly durable with extensive aesthetic traits. They come under the head of metal composite material. MCM can be of Aluminium, Copper, Zinc, Stainless Steel and Titanium. Aluminium Composite Panel is a compressed panel constituting of a core polyethylene material sandwiched between two sheets of aluminium coils. Aluminium coils are made from aluminium plates and plated through chemical cleanout, then coloured with polyester and fluorocarbon coating and dried through high temperatures. We use 1100 H 18/3003 series Aluminium Alloy and KYNAR 500 PVDF.
ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) cladding is commonly used for architectural and construction purposes. ACP cladding can be wrapped around structural columns, providing a decorative and protective cover. This is commonly seen in commercial buildings and public spaces.
