ACPs are highly durable with extensive aesthetic traits. They come under the head of metal composite material. MCM can be of Aluminium, Copper, Zinc, Stainless Steel and Titanium. Aluminium Composite Panel is a compressed panel constituting of a core polyethylene material sandwiched between two sheets of aluminium coils. Aluminium coils are made from aluminium plates and plated through chemical cleanout, then coloured with polyester and fluorocarbon coating and dried through high temperatures. We use 1100 H 18/3003 series Aluminium Alloy and KYNAR 500 PVDF.
With Timex Bond, you will never run out of options. The dexterity, durability and diversity of colours and textures is simply outstanding. Definitely a dependable pick!

PVDF Paint Coating
An Essential Quality Constituent
Few Advantages:
Super weather-ability: Specially built to maintain their look and withstand extreme weather.
High peel strength, advanced technology and raw materials: The peel strength of our PVDF ACP exceeds national standards.
Impact resistance: The Carbon/Fluorine bond, one of the strongest molecular bonds known, is the key to Kynar 500 resin’s unsuppressed thermal, chemical and ultraviolet resistant properties.
Even coating and customized color: With a combination of carbon-fluorine bonds (providing stability) and carbon-hydrogen bonds, a unique structure with balanced properties is created that makes PVDF particularly suitable as a base for liquid coatings. oils.
Maintenance free: PVDF is inherently inert and has the ability to withstand long-term UV and gamma radiation, resulting in excellent colour and gloss retention without chalking. PVDF also resists acids, alkalis and oils.
Kynar 500 has following properties:
High Thermal & Chemical Resistance
High Electrical Resistivity
Resistance to UV Light
Low Refractive Index
High Purity
Good Abrasion Resistance
Good Moisture and Fungus Resistance
Low Surface Energy
Exceptional Weathering Resistance
Low Coefficient of Friction
BONDING
Strong Adhesive Film
Timex Bond panels adopt the first grade adhesive film supplied by DuPontTM. Film thickness is > 80 micron for a 0.5 mm aluminium sheets and 50 micron for a 0.25 mm aluminium sheets. The adhesive used is of good quality and aids the durability and strength of the Aluminium Composite Panels.
